Our facilities include:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seminar Rooms (Lecture Style \u2013 No Computers): seating capacities with 30, 60, 110, and 300 participants<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Computer Training Rooms (Hands-on Computer Labs): seating capacities with 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, and 100 participants<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Banquet Room: seating capacity with 160 participants<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All rooms are equipped with modern audiovisual equipment. (Reservation requests should be made at least 7 working days in advance.)<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><b>Step 2:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Once you receive a confirmation of availability (as per Step 1), please complete the Room Reservation Confirmation Form and send it to the Office of Computer Services via the email address above.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><b>Step 3:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If applicable, fill out any additional required forms.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, for computer training room usage, you must also complete the Temporary Internet Account Request Form and submit it along with the room reservation form.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><b>Step 4:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Our staff coordinator from the Office of Computer Services will issue an official confirmation letter and coordinate the room setup, equipment, and other requested details based on the submitted form.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><b>Additional Information<\/b><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For computer-equipped training rooms, users are required to test the system 1\u20133 working days before the actual session. Participants may use the university&#8217;s parking facilities at Ngamwongwan Parking Buildings 1 and 2. Parking tickets can be validated at the security counter on the 1<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">st<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> floor of Office of Computer Services. A parking fee of 20 THB per vehicle per day applies. Only electronic payments are accepted cash is not accepted.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Software Installation:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Users must schedule an appointment and bring their team to install and test any required software 1\u20133 working days prior to the event. The installation of unauthorized or unlicensed software is strictly prohibited. Setup, software testing, and venue preparation must be completed within 1\u20132 hours, and no additional service fee will be charged for this.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Catering:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> All food and refreshments must be pre-prepared and ready to serve. Cooking is not permitted inside or around the building premises.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Room Usage Policy: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To ensure proper use and maintenance of our facilities, please observe the following regulations: 1) Food and beverages are strictly prohibited in computer training rooms to prevent potential damage to equipment. The university reserves the right to charge for any damages incurred. 2) The Office of Computer Services Building is an official government facility. Smoking and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted under any circumstances. 3) In lecture-style seminar rooms, personal computers and power strips are not allowed. If your training session requires the use of computers, please reserve a designated computer training room. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and professional environment.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Venue Setup Guidelines: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following regulations apply to venue setup and decorations: 1) The use of nails, pins, or posting promotional materials on building walls is strictly prohibited. 2) Backdrop installations on stage must include standard protective floor coverings as required. 3) Prior approval from the room reservation officer is required for any installation or setup activities.
