Nontri Account is an account that the university provide to KU Student, Staff and Guest for using information systems and network system. Following;

For KU Student

  • KU Student (All Campus) must fill the information of KU New Student via https://student.ku.ac.th/ before registering Nontri Account System online via https://accounts.ku.ac.th
  • KUS Student can registration for Nontri Account at Computer Center of School.

For KU Staff

Can request an account with an application form** via;

  • In case of already have KU employment letter: You can register for Nontri Account by yourself via https://accounts.ku.ac.th
  • In case of no have KU employment letter: Please contact to your faculty or organization affiliated to send a request for temporary Nontri Account form to Office of Computer services / or You can send a request for Temporary Nontri Account form to Office of Computer services by  yourself at HELPDESK – Counter Services 2nd Floor, Office of Computer Services with the request form, copy of ID card Or passport and The Letter of employment from your organization.

**Type of Nontri Account (Divide by type of user)

  • Personnel Nontri Account (For KU Advisor and Staff)
  • Temporary Personnel Nontri Account (For Special Advisor and Temporary project officer)
  • General Personnel Nontri Account (For KU Cooperation Projects)
  • Temporary Group Nontri Account (For Academic Meeting/Seminar)

For Guest Account

Contact by yourself at HELPDESK – Counter Services on 2nd floor, OCS Building with an application form, ID card or ID Passport and an certificate from original affiliation.

In case of forgot password, Can contact at HELPDESK on 2nd floor Counter Service by yourself (Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30 a.m. – 8.30 p.m. and Sat. 8.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. (closed on lunch / closed on Sunday and Official Holiday) ). Following;

  • Contact by yourself at HELPDESK – 2nd floor Counter Services at OCS building and show your ID card or Student card to officer for change password.
  • Nontri Account Online Management System  - OCS provide Nontri Account Online Management System for supporting KU Student  in order to online management via https://accounts.ku.ac.th/. Following;

- Secondary e-Mail and Security QA Setting for Password Recovery Online.  https://accounts.ku.ac.th/manuals/nontri_account_mangement.pdf
- Change Password Online in case of remember old password but would like to change new one.
- Change Password Online in case of forgot password but ever setting Secondary e-Mail and Security QA. https://accounts.ku.ac.th/manuals/nontri_forgot.pdf
- Show your lasted date of change password and next date to change password (every 6 months)

Tips

  • HELPDESK open during on Monday-Friday from 8.30 a.m.-8.30 p.m. and Saturday from 8.30 a.m.-4.30 p.m. on 2nd floor, OCS Building. (Closed on Sunday and Official Holiday)
  • You should setting Secondary e-Mail and Security QA for management your account and password by yourself in the next time via online.
  • For KU student who graduated, Nontri Account can using only webmail. (Not using Information and Technology System and KUWiN); https://alumni.ku.ac.th/tools/
  • Checking personnel information of Nontri Account; https://ldap2.ku.ac.th/ldap_html/ldap/login.php
  • Applying Nontri Account Application Form Download; http://ocs.ku.ac.th/new/?page_id=1380

  • For KU Advisor and staff who resign or leave an employee status, Nontri Account cannot using immediately (Except for retirees)
  • e-Mail Address for institute/office providing for institute/office or assigned person which using as only e-Mail aliases not for log in to information system and network system.
  • Temporary User will receive Temporary General Personnel Nontri Account which has a lifetime for 1 – 3 day or one week.
