User Account Management and Identity Verification System Services

     To support the university’s policy towards Digital KU and future new services, the Office of Computer Services has developed an identity verification and user account management system at https://accounts.ku.ac.th/ using a Single Password. This aims to facilitate users’ password memorization for accessing Kasetsart University’s information systems, network systems, and various additional services. Details are as follows:

  • New members of Kasetsart University, such as new students and new personnel, must verify their identity through the system for the first time at the “Personal Information Verification” menu to obtain university user accounts. These include Nontri network user accounts, KU-Google accounts (@ku.th), and KU-Office365 accounts (@live.ku.th).
  • Users who are already members of Kasetsart University and have a Nontri network user account but have not yet verified their identity through the system must do so before they can receive various additional university services, including KU-Google accounts (@ku.th) and KU-Office365 accounts (@live.ku.th).
  • For personnel, identity verification through the system requires using ID card number/passport number (for foreigners), English surname, and selecting the type. For students, it requires using ID card number/passport number (for foreigners), student ID number (numbers only, no leading ‘b’ or ‘g’), English surname, and selecting the type.

     If you are unable to verify your identity through the system, try using an incognito browser/New Incognito Window as a preliminary solution (because some browsers cache values, preventing verification). If you follow the recommendations and still cannot verify your identity, please contact the HELPDESK at the Office of Computer Services, 1st Floor, during business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (closed for lunch, closed on Sundays and public holidays).
