KU Microsoft Office 365 Account services
Kasetsart University considers official accounts to remain under the @ku.ac.th domain for access to the university’s information systems. All personnel are requested to use their @ku.ac.th email accounts in accordance with the Cabinet Resolution dated December 18, 2007, regarding the use of electronic mail for government communication.

- Steps for Account Request
After successfully requesting your Nontri Network online account at https://accounts.ku.ac.th log in and go to My Account and Recovery Email where you will find your KU-Microsoft Office 365 Email account name.
- Accessing KU-Google Services
You can access the service at https://office.com using your KU-Microsoft Office 365 account in the @live.ku.th format with the same password as your Nontri network account.
- Usage Quota
- Professors: 30 GB
- Personnel: 10 GB
- Students: 4 GB
- School Students: 4 GB
- Retired Professors: 15 GB
- Retired Personnel: 5 GB

- Submit the request to OCS or Helpdesk.

Account Management
- Users can manage their account settings such as changing passwords, setting recovery emails, and configuring security questions at https://accounts.ku.ac.th
Retired or Resigned Personnel
- Retired personnel will retain an @ku.th email address, with reduced storage and adjusted usage rights.
- Resigned staff will have their accounts suspended. Data will be retained for 60 days and then deleted. Data recovery must be requested within 20 days after deletion. Users may request data transfer to another person by submitting ( PDF )
Graduated or Withdrawn Students
- Graduated students will retain an @ku.th email address, with reduced storage and adjusted usage rights.
- For students whose status ends, their user account will be suspended immediately. The data in the account will then be kept for 60 days, after which it will be deleted. Users must back up their own data. Data recovery must be done within 20 days after deletion
