KU-Google Account services
Kasetsart University considers official accounts to remain under the domain @ku.ac.th for accessing the university’s information systems. Staff are requested to use their @ku.ac.th email accounts in accordance with the Cabinet resolution dated December 18, 2007, regarding the use of electronic mail for communication in government agencies.

- Steps for Account Request
After successfully requesting your Nontri Network online account at https://accounts.ku.ac.th log in and go to My Account and Recovery Email where you will find your Google Email account name.
- Accessing KU-Google Services
You can access it at https://mail.ku.th or https://gmail.com using your KU-Google account in the format @ku.th and the same password as your Nontri Network account.
- Usage Quota
- Professors: 40 GB
- Personnel: 15 GB
- Students: 5 GB
- School Students: 5 GB
- Alumni: 2 GB
- Retired Professors: 20 GB
- Retired Personnel: 7.5 GB

Account Management
- Users can manage their account settings such as changing passwords, setting recovery emails, and configuring security questions at https://accounts.ku.ac.th
Retired or Resigned Personnel
- Retired personnel will retain an @ku.th Retired personnel will retain an @ku.th email address, with reduced storage and adjusted usage rights.
- Resigned staff will have their accounts suspended. Data will be retained for 60 days and then deleted. Data recovery must be requested within 20 days after deletion. Users may request data transfer to another person by submitting ( PDF )
Graduated or Withdrawn Students
- Graduated students will retain an @ku.th email address, with reduced storage and adjusted usage rights.
- Withdrawn students will have their accounts suspended immediately. Data will be retained for 60 days and then deleted. Users are responsible for backing up their data.
