     Services for consulting, receiving notifications, and resolving initial technical issues through various channels, as follows
  • Through Counter Services on the 1st floor of the Computer Services Building.

  • Through the IT SUPPORT
Services Offered
  • Service for receiving problem notifications and initial technical coordination.
  • Services related to Nontri network user accounts, such as requesting user accounts and changing passwords.
  • Service for booking small group study rooms.

Location and Operating Hours

  • 1st Floor (Counter Services), Office of Computer Services
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Closed for lunch between 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
  • Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
