Request for a Nontri Account
The Nontri Network user account is a privilege granted by the university. Users must keep their accounts confidential and must not share them with others.
Types of Nontri Accounts :

- Individual Account : For KU faculty, staff, students, laboratory school students, IP program, and KU SMTE Program.
- Guest Account : For adjunct instructors, project-based employees, collaboration programs, laboratory school students, and training/seminar participants. Guest accounts are limited to using the university’s wireless network only.

Application Process
- Must have an employment order and information in the system.
Fill out the online form at https://accounts.ku.ac.th - If not in the system, fill out the temporary account request form ( PDF )

- If already in the system: No documents needed
- If not: ID card/passport and confirmation letter from the department or employment order

- Until the end of employment status
Students (All Campuses)
Application Process
- Complete student profile and apply online https://accounts.ku.ac.th

Account Termination Conditions
Retired personnel
- Account rights will be changed and access restricted after retirement.
- Account rights will be changed and access to information and network systems will be terminated.
- Account will be disabled 60 days after the end date, and data will be deleted.
- Account will be disabled immediately upon status change, and data deleted after 60 days.

Tips
- Users should set a recovery email at (https://accounts.ku.ac.th) to retrieve passwords in the future. The recovery email must not be a university email address.
- If identity verification fails, try using Incognito mode or Private browsing, as some browsers store cache that prevents proper verification.
- If the issue persists, please contact theHelpdesk, Computer Services Office, 1st Floor, during working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:30 (closed for lunch, closed on Sundays and public holidays).
