Office of Computer Services has extended a period to recover data for accounts that exceed a quota limit to 27 April 2023 and continued extending a period to reduce impacts on users.

However, on 8 May 2023, data for accounts that exceed a quota limit will be deleted PERMANENTLY without abilities to recover according to Google licenses that the University has purchased.

Therefore, Office of Computer Services will extend a period to recover data FOR THE LAST TIME to 8 May 2023. Users can fill out the following form https://kasets.art/PGP31E by 8 May 2023 to notify us of your desire to recover data. On 8 May 2023, Google will delete data PERMANENTLY and there will be NO other chances to cover data no matter what.
