FAQ: Nontri Account Service

Question:  I am a new KU student and don’t have any user account. What should I do?
Answer: Students (Bangkhen Campus and KPS Campus) who entered since 2008 onwards can be registered to obtain a user account via https://accounts.ku.ac.th

The students of Kasetsart University Laboratory School (i.e., Satit Kaset), either Bangkhen or Kamphaengsaen Campus, can obtain the user account at the school’s computer center.

Question: I am a new KU staff and don’t have any user account. What should I do?
Answer: Can submit the application form and a copy of ID card or KU staff ID card at the counter service on the 2nd floor of the Office of Computer Services.

Question:  I am a KU specialist professor / temporary staff and don’t have any user account. What should I do?
Answer: Can submit the application form and a copy of ID card or KU staff ID card and work certificate at the counter service on the 2nd floor of the Office of Computer Services.

Question: I would like to check and update my account information. How should I do?
Answer: You can check and update via https://accounts.ku.ac.th

Question: I forgot Nontri’s password. How should I do?

Answer: Contact to Helpdesk on the 2nd floor of Office of Computer Services with ID card, KU Student card or KU Staff card. And for more convenience OCS provide Managing Nontri Account System (online) via http://accounts.ku.ac.th/ ; can setting secondary e-Mail and security question-answer for recovery password.

Question: How should I change Server password?
Answer: You can changing a server password via https://nontri.ku.ac.th/tools/

Question: Guideline for setting password ?
Answer: You should setting a password at least 8 character (Lowercase letters, Uppercase letters and Number). Not use your information for setting password such as firstname, nickname, birthdate or mobile phone.

Question: How long a lifetime of Nontri Account ?
Answer: Can use throughout KU Student status and KU Staff status.
